Refund Policy

We keep this policy short and human.

The default rule

Subscriptions renew monthly. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months. Cancel any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.

How to request a refund

Email hello@beaverclip.com from the address associated with your Beaverclip account, with your most recent invoice number. We respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we may suspend your account while the dispute is under review. Please email us first — we'd rather refund you directly than fight a chargeback.
